We will accept returns within 30 days of your order being dispatched. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are not happy with your purchase and need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving to discuss before returning. We do not accept returns unless we have discussed the matter with you first.
We do not accept returns on sale items, needles, patterns and books. All return items need to be in re-saleable condition unless faulty or damaged. Any yarn returned must be in its original packaging and unopened. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
Our parcels are sent by Australia Post, and while all care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages, or if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of order.
